We understand that you are very busy. Nearly all the questions are all multiple choice, so it should be possible to complete the whole survey in around five minutes. However, there is also ample opportunity to add comments to explain your answers and raise other issues.

The questions about you at the end are simply to aid our analysis of the survey results. We do not ask you to identify yourself. However, if you are willing to be identified with your answers and comments, for the purposes of THE's journalism, please tell us this on the final page of the survey.
